Lead Business Systems Analyst on a project to develop a critical web based Oil and Gas monitoring system for the Customs Department of the Angola government. Spent three and a half months in country obtaining and understanding Customs requirements. Documented and developed the Enterprise Architect model for the web development. Communicated the proposed requirements and functional design to a new .NET development team based in Sutton. Primary liaison between the .NET development team in Sutton (UK) and the analyst team based in Luanda (Angola). Designed effective integration applications between existing Customs system and the new Oil and Gas monitoring system.
